Dish Network had a booth at the CEDIA Expo 2016, and they demonstrated their Hopper 3, Hopper Go, and Dish Anywhere Mobile DVRs at the expo. Anyone who is looking to become a Dish dealer can have their chance to do so, as Dish Network is welcoming dealerships.
The clients can also have the new CI BUYER sales program, which is designed to suit the privacy minded ones. With this program, clients can prefer to have their custom integrator manage the activation of accounts, programming changes, and service appointments on their behalf.
Dish was promoting their Dish Anywhere at their booths. They were advising new dealers to take a look at their mobile solution Dish Anywhere, as they believe that it is the most highly integrated mobile entertainment platform currently available in the market.
Besides that, they also offered many courses to the dealers, one of which was the Sell DISH-Delight Clients training. This course offered dealers an overview of the various products offered by Dish Network, reviews on install configuration, and highlights of the dealer sales program.
Dish also hosted a cocktail hour before the CEDIA Awards celebration at Gilley’s. They also offered special gifts for the first five hundred guests at the event. When asked about the one thing that Dish offers and their competitors do not, Dish Spokesperson said that only Dish allows the users to take their DVR with them, which clearly is about the new HopperGO DVR.
The new Hopper Go DVR has a memory of 64 GB, has a rechargeable battery to power up the device on the go, and is capable of storing hundred hours of video content. The device has up to four hours of playback on a single charge and it is expected that the device will redefine the meaning of mobility.
